WHAT DOES HUMBLE/ HUMILITY MEAN TO YOU?

I have researched this word in the bible dictionary and this is the example;

Titus 3:2 to speak evil of no one, not to be contentious, to be gentle, showing all humility toward all men. (WEB NIV)

Also I found this definition; Being HUMBLE is a state of mind well pleasing to God, It preserves the soul in tranquility and makes us patient under trials.

Humble and Humility go hand and hand, but the Bible warns against false humility and being humble. We as Christians know that Pride is our enemy, and when we anger to quickly and look for confrontations, point out others flaws rather than look at our own that is not HUMBLE or having HUMILITY. We all fall short of the Glory of God, but its what we do to strive to have a Christ like mind. We can have a Christ like mind because we are made in His image, we just need to be HUMBLE in the right way and be as lowly and unpertencious as we can when we live our daily lives. I have encountered areas where I need to work on this, plus it was pointed out to me, In ANGER. So I have researched this a lot since. I believe it has to do with morals. Morals are our guidelines to keep us right with God. I do not WAIVER in my morals. What is wrong is wrong, not OK one day then a finger pointing judgment the next. I do not judge people for I am not perfect by any means. I know that if someone claims to have the same Christian morals and values as you, but there actions are to the contrary, I don't need to compromise mine just to fit in. There are more people with Christian morals than not. Just be aware of where you stand. There is an old saying " Show me your FRIENDS and I'll show you your character." The bibles says to love one another as God loves us, to love everyone, that doesn't mean you have to like them, But love them and Pray for them!!
