I just wanted to share a book I recently purchased at the Chapel store. It is called "Finding Hope in the Last Words of Jesus" By Greg Laurie. I must say as a last minute impulse buy ( you know the stuff they keep near the register so you will buy it)I am amazed yet again how much I can continue to learn about my Savior! This little book of about 60 pages, takes the last 7 statements Jesus made on the cross and explains in depth what these magnificent statements mean for us. I always knew from Sunday School that Jesus died on the cross for our sins, so we did not have to. I did not comprehend, the enormity of His actions or His statements until I read the Book. I know that sounds weird but sometime something will explain it in a different way and your like WOW, how'd I miss that? It was a real eye Heart,soul and spirit opener. It is truly a Awesome Book and has given me a new understanding of Jesus and how profound His words were on the cross. Heck for $3.99 you cant afford not to buy it and cherish it:)I am so thrilled when God leads me to more understanding of Him and His love for us!!
